We're seeking a Marketing Lead to join our commercial team and help us drive business growth and revenue. The successful candidate will have a strong background in B2B and industrial marketing, with a proven track record of using digital marketing techniques to drive results. They will be able to work independently, think creatively, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies based on market intelligence and understanding of the sector-based value chain.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support commercial marketing efforts.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with the branding and communications team to develop and execute brand awareness campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B and industrial marketing.
  • Proven track record of using digital marketing techniques to drive results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English required.
