Commercial Growth Associate

We're seeking an SMB Commercial Associate to accelerate organic growth in our Swedish office. As a key role in our growth strategy, you'll focus on accelerating short-cycle revenue opportunities by contacting leads, growing business within existing client portfolios, and contributing to longer-cycle revenue processes.
About You
You'll be a high-energy self-starter, passionate about sales, growth, building relationships, and new business opportunities. You'll have excellent communication skills, ability to read others' styles, and adapt behavior accordingly. Fluency in Swedish and Business English is essential.
Responsibilities
- Meet individual revenue targets by driving client interest, creating solutions, and achieving high client satisfaction levels.
- Grow business within existing client portfolios assigned with our core retail measurement service, prioritizing client visits based on sales potential.
- Identify upselling opportunities and develop pragmatic engagement plans for key prospects and clients.
