About the Role

This exciting opportunity as a Commercial Manager presents a great chance to make an impact and ensure your voice is recognized. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through impactful sales, marketing, and product positioning initiatives.

You will develop and execute commercial initiatives aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets in the Swedish market. This includes analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies accordingly.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • - Drive revenue growth through impactful sales, marketing, and product positioning initiatives.
  • - Identify and develop new revenue streams, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • - Collaborate with pricing managers to establish competitive pricing strategies that support healthy margins.
  • Requirements:
  • - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • - 3–5 years of experience in a commercial role, ideally within payments, fintech, or financial services.
  • - Understanding of the Nordic payment landscape, including market trends and customer behavior, is preferable.
