Vipas AB is seeking a skilled Commercial Advisor to unlock commercial potential by bringing rigor to business cases and executing deals that achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in program/project management, great analytical skills, and negotiation and conflict-resolution skills. You will also possess solid communication skills and the ability to influence and persuade others.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex procurement initiatives
  • Negotiate with external partners to secure advantageous terms
  • Screen potential new partners and collaborations relevant for the product area
  • Work with product leaders to define and secure the business case
  • Establish the relevant type of commercial model/cooperation most likely to serve the business case
  • Define and implement strategic parameters for the partner portfolio and ensure its optimal long-term management
  • Perform risk management for partner and vendor contracts and agreements
  • Challenging existing commercial models setups and suggesting new commercial/contractual strategies
  • Manage deal-making processes required such as RFP, tender crafting, time planning, etc.
