About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Gaming Account Development team in Stockholm. As a dynamic and motivated Payment Growth Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating long-term relationships with prominent international clients in the Gaming vertical.
Your responsibilities include overseeing a portfolio of Trustly merchants in the Online Gaming sector, focusing on enhancing commercial relationships to drive engagement and revenue growth. You will maximize Trustly's share of wallet on merchant sites, foster product adoption, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement up-and-cross-selling strategies to existing customers, leveraging Trustly's suite of products and services
- Identify revenue growth opportunities within your portfolio of merchants
- Lead commercial negotiations and other pertinent activities with clients
- Cultivate enduring relationships and foster strategic cooperation with assigned customer accounts
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of pricing models to optimize negotiations
- Strive to achieve individual targets and departmental KPIs
