Business Growth Strategist

As a Business Growth Strategist at Worldline, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth. This is a critical role on the commercial side of the business, where you will be responsible for developing and contributing towards the new business plan for key/new vertical markets, closing business and securing deals with brand-new clients, and identifying new products, services or partnerships which complement Worldline's offerings.

You'll be responsible for:
- Developing and contributing towards the new business plan for key/new vertical markets
- Closing business and securing deals with brand-new clients
- Identifying new products, services or partnerships which complement Worldline's offerings
We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record in new business development, and with a track record of identifying opportunities and proposing solutions. You are a curious, talented and determined seller and negotiator with excellent communication capability at all levels.

Main Requirements:
- A high level of self-motivation, enthusiasm and initiative as well as integrity, courtesy and diplomacy
- Highly analytical with a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Experience of managing contracts
- High degree of attention to detail and quality of work
- Experience of working with varied financial business models
- CRM and Salesforce.com experience
