Generative AI Business Growth Strategist

Motorica is a pioneer in Generative AI and animation technology, working with major entertainment companies and AA+/AAA game studios to empower them to create dynamic, lifelike animation faster and more affordably than ever before.

As a Generative AI Business Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales initiatives, building strong relationships with C-suite executives, and developing comprehensive account strategies to maximize revenue potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead strategic sales initiatives targeting major entertainment companies, managing deals valued at $100K+ annually.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers within major gaming and entertainment organizations.
  3. Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to expand Motorica's presence within enterprise accounts while maximizing revenue potential.
  4. Orchestrate and close sophisticated, multi-stakeholder deals while coordinating cross-functional internal teams to support enterprise client needs.
  5. Own and optimize the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on large-scale, organization-wide implementations.

About You:

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with a track record of closing deals $100K+ and managing long-term client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to take lead on complex sales cycles and navigate multiple stakeholder relationships at the enterprise level.
  • Presentation and negotiation skills, with experience selling to C-level executives in large organizations.
  • Understanding of enterprise software implementation and integration challenges, with the ability to articulate technical value propositions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
