As a Senior Creative Strategist - B2B, you will lead the development of innovative creative strategies that drive measurable success in performance channels for our clients in the B2B space. This role is pivotal in aligning creative processes with client business objectives, leveraging a deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, ABM principles, inbound strategies, and content optimization techniques. You'll act as a strategic partner to clients, blending creative brilliance with data-driven insights to craft compelling content strategies that influence decision-makers and foster trust in long sales cycles.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can integrate SEO, thought leadership, and ABM methodologies to develop insight-driven strategies that meet the nuanced needs of B2B decision-makers. By aligning creative storytelling with measurable business objectives, you'll deliver content and inbound strategies that enhance trust, build authority, and generate demand across long, complex sales cycles.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive B2B creative and content strategies that align with both client goals and Precis's commercial objectives.
- Guide and mentor junior strategists in B2B-specific practices, providing constructive feedback and support to ensure professional growth and development.
- Act as a strategic creative partner to clients and teams, optimizing the collaboration to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Assist in managing, prioritizing, and delegating tasks across B2B-focused projects for yourself and junior team members, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met efficiently.
- Identify and implement improvements in internal processes to boost efficiency and quality of team outputs, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
- Participate in setting team objectives and strategic focus areas focusing on B2B growth, contributing to the overall vision and direction of the team.
- Conduct detailed research into relevant buyer personas, target accounts, and industry trends to create compelling, data-driven content strategies that align with overall marketing strategy to help achieve business goals.
- Develop and present strategic content and inbound solutions to stakeholders and clients, clearly highlighting insights and business value.
- Represent the creative strategy team in client meetings, pitches, and presentations for B2B clients, showcasing the team's strategic capabilities and delivering creative, impactful solutions.
- Develop messaging framework and content plans informed by keyword research, E-E-A-T principles, and internal linking strategies to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Stay at the forefront of B2B marketing trends, introducing innovative approaches to applying our knowledge to achieve client objectives.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Technical Expertise: Advanced understanding of inbound and full-funnel marketing strategies, creative processes, digital marketing/media platforms, and data analysis tools - along with a strong understanding of ABM principles, platforms, and strategies to develop high-impact creative solutions for B2B.
- Research & Analysis: Strong analytical skills, with a deep capacity to interpret complex performance data and market trends, translating them into creative briefs to develop impactful creative solutions.
- SEO Understanding: A foundational understanding of SEO principles, internal linking, and E-E-A-T. Skilled in conducting keyword research to guide content planning and effectively briefing teams to ensure content aligns with SEO best practices.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, adept at engaging and influencing various stakeholders - internal and external.
- Innovation & Creativity: Strategic foresight and a proactive approach to market changes and client needs, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks effectively. Proven experience creating creative content strategies that resonate with B2B audiences - B2B doesn't have to mean Boring-to-Boring.
- Project Leadership: Strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven track record in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Mentorship & Guidance: Commitment to professional growth and development of self and others, nurturing talent within the team to achieve collective success.
- Pitching & Business Development: Proficiency in developing and delivering compelling pitches and presentations that win new business, strengthen client relationships, and drive commercial success.
