About the Role

As a Commercial Product Manager at Avia Pharma, you will lead marketing activities in the Nordics for our OTC assortment. You will work strategically and operationally to develop and execute marketing plans – including both above-the-line (ATL) communication and below-the-line (BTL) activations. Together with the Head of Nordics, you will prioritize efforts based on profitability and strategic importance.

You have a strong understanding of the market and your products, identifying growth opportunities and collaborating closely with our licensing partners to maximize business potential.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and margin growth in line with the marketing strategy.
  • Analyze market trends and take action to optimize sales and profitability.
  • Plan and execute ATL and BTL activities to support business goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, such as licensing and production partners.
  • Act as an internal and external ambassador for your product portfolio.

Key Tasks

  • Develop and implement marketing plans in the Nordics for assigned OTC products.
  • Analyze market insights and identify new business and marketing opportunities.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives with internal and external teams as well as advertising agencies.
  • Forecast sales and monitor product performance in collaboration with supply chain and licensing partners.
  • Ensure internal product knowledge and support the field organization with relevant information.
  • Collaborate with key partners such as category managers and pharmacy chains.
  • Manage and track brand budgets according to the marketing plan.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external policies and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Experience in product management, preferably within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or consumer products.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to translate market trends into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented and business-driven with a focus on growth.
  • Self-motivated with strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Team player with high energy and a positive attitude.

What We Offer

  • A key role in a growing company with strong brands.
  • A dynamic and inspiring work environment in central Stockholm.
  • Opportunities for personal and professional development.
  • A dedicated and collaborative team where you have significant responsibility and room for influence.
