Managing Director of Nordic Commercial Banking

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Citi Commercial Bank (CCB) Nordics franchise. As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the region.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial or corporate banking, with a minimum of 15 years of experience. They will also possess a solid understanding of the banking industry, across all relevant products, as well as experience working in the Nordics banking environment.

The role requires a global mindset, with experience in working with international companies and international banking. The ideal candidate will also have a personal network among Nordic international companies.

Key qualifications include:

  • Fluency in English and Swedish, with ideally more Nordic languages
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial or corporate banking
  • Solid understanding of the banking industry, across all relevant products
  • Experience working in the Nordics banking environment
  • Demonstrated ability to drive significant revenue/profit growth in a banking business
