TN Sweden seeks a skilled sales expert to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in Europe. As a Europe Commercial Director, you will develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Job Overview:

Pismo, a leading provider of next-gen banking and cards technology, has acquired by Visa and is now expanding its commercial team in Europe. We are looking for a seasoned sales professional who can leverage their expertise in value-based selling approaches to accelerate deal closure.

This role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including Generalist Sellers, Sales colleagues in the VAS team, Sales Operations, Product, Strategy, Client Services, Digital Partners, and Marketing. Moderate to extensive travel may be required for client meetings, conferences, and partner events.

Responsibilities and Deliverables:
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy to achieve business objectives.
  2. Maintain a deep understanding of Pismo solutions and their value proposition.
  3. Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close opportunities in Europe.
  4. Cultivate relationships with high-potential banking clients and key decision-makers within these organizations.
  5. Collaborate with Generalist Sales and VAS Specialist Sales teams to create effective sales materials.
  6. Structure, negotiate, and close deals to meet client needs.
  7. Provide regular updates on sales activities using Microsoft Dynamics.
