Your Role

We're looking for a dynamic Commercial Director to lead our operations to new heights. As a strategic yet hands-on leader, you'll own the commercial strategy, ensure its implementation, and drive customer growth, satisfaction, and profitability across one of our regional territories.

This role requires strong Commercial ownership, including managing customer acquisition costs and optimizing revenue streams. You'll collaborate closely with functional experts within e.g., pricing, packaging and marketing to create a tailored commercial roadmap, ensuring we meet the unique needs for our customers and the business within your markets/territory.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Own and Deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Drive Billing and Revenue growth across your markets/territory.
    • Optimize Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) and ensure profitability.
    • Boost Average Billing Per User (ABPU) and Average Billing Per Product (ABPP).
    • Expand Market Shares, achieving growth above competitors and market trends.
    • Lead user base development, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and reduced churn.
    • Elevate Customer NPS through exceptional service and communication.
  2. Shape and Implement the Commercial Strategy & Business Plan
    • Drive the commercial strategy by shaping brand positioning, managing the product launch plan, and optimizing our offering, customer acquisition, retention, and upselling/cross-selling efforts.
    • Collaborate with team.blue's functional experts within e.g., product, pricing and marketing to leverage best practices while addressing market-specific needs.
    • Lead the local implementation of the business plan activities through cross-functional collaboration in the markets.
  3. Business Reviews and Market Insights
    • Own and lead monthly business reviews, tracking key metrics and identifying growth opportunities for the respective markets.
    • Use data and market insights to adjust strategies and drive results.
  4. Collaborate and Inspire
    • Build and lead a high-performing commercial team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
    • Align central resources with the market goals as well as leverage and share best practices within the broader team.blue community e.g., other markets and regions.
What You'll Bring
  1. Proven Expertise: 5+ years of commercial leadership experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or digital solutions. Required to have experience from subscription-based services.
  2. Strategic and Tactical Skills: Ability to craft and execute data-driven commercial strategies and implementation plans.
  3. P&L Management: Strong experience managing full P&L, including CAC optimization and revenue growth.
  4. Analytical Excellence: Experience from analysing large sets of data to facilitate data-driven decision-making and insight-led prioritization.
  5. Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Swedish market and its customer base.
  6. Leadership Skills: A track record of building and inspiring high-performing teams.
  7. Educational Background: Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related fields.
