Sweden Sales and Marketing Lead

Job Description:
As the Commercial Director – Sweden, you will be responsible for leading the Swedish sales team and driving commercial growth. You will work closely with the Area Director Northern Europe and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and support.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Profit & Loss Management: Manage the profit and loss of the Swedish commercial operations.
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead the Swedish sales team to achieve commercial targets.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key customers and stakeholders in the retail industry.
- Business Planning & Forecasting: Lead business planning, forecasting, and priority setting in Sweden to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across all functions to ensure seamless operations and support.
