This role is responsible for delivering sales growth, market share growth, and operational excellence through a high-performing field sales team. The successful candidate will lead the team in achieving operational excellence, assuring top-notch in-store execution, and contributing to channel performance and profitability.

About You:

  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Ability to travel across regions as coaching and co-riding with sales representatives is a crucial part of the role.
