
Sales Excellence Director

We are looking for a Field Sales Manager to lead our off-trade field sales team consisting of sales representatives and area sales managers. As part of Solera Sweden, we build our success on strong international cooperation, sharing knowledge and resources to strengthen our presence and create added value in the market.
Key Responsibilities:This role is responsible for delivering sales growth, market share growth, and operational excellence through a high-performing field sales team. The successful candidate will lead the team in achieving operational excellence, assuring top-notch in-store execution, and contributing to channel performance and profitability.

About You:
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the FMCG industry.
- Ability to travel across regions as coaching and co-riding with sales representatives is a crucial part of the role.
