We are looking for an exceptional Exhibition Manager to lead our pop culture event in the Nordics. As Project and Sales Director, you will be responsible for the overall success of the event, overseeing both the strategic and operational aspects.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive event plans, including marketing, sales, and content strategies
- Collaborating with the Event Marketeer to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
- Leading local sales efforts, including prospecting, pipeline management, and business development
- Oversight of all content and activities at the event, ensuring smooth execution and meeting deadlines
To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, maintain flexibility, and thrive in high-pressure situations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to engage and motivate your team, clients, and partners.
