About the Job

Victaulic, a leading manufacturer of piping solutions, seeks a skilled Product Development and Sales Representative for our HVAC division in Sweden. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and product development initiatives in the Swedish market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the Swedish HVAC market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Pursue and obtain the acceptance and specification of Victaulic's products and systems by Owners and Engineering Consulting companies.
  • Conduct field demonstrations and provide technical support to customers.
  • Work closely with the local Victaulic distributor to ensure effective distribution and logistics.
  • Travel to customer sites to conduct site visits and train contractors.
  • Handle product claims and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
About You
  • University / College degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, product development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and product development initiatives.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the piping industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing challenges.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
