About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Sweden. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for sales and development of the Victaulic FP product range and system in Sweden.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Sweden.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Promote the Victaulic System for binding application products and ensure its adoption by Owners and Engineering Consulting companies.
- Foster strong relationships with local distributors and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Travel extensively throughout Sweden to visit job sites, train contractors, and handle product claims.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
About You
- University degree in a relevant field, preferably mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience or equivalent.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong commercial acumen, result-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Swedish.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
