
Sales Development Representative

At TN Sweden, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to drive new sales and expand our client base in the UK market.
About the Role:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK market through proactive prospecting and engagement with potential clients.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and offer relevant solutions from our portfolio of services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, contacts, and follow-ups.
- Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
Requirements:
- Some experience in B2B sales or a related field is preferred but not necessary.
- Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
