As National Surgical Sales Manager Sweden, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and customers.
The Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain market shares in Sweden.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase the use of our surgical products among ophthalmologists, nurses, hospital buyers, and heads of Operating Rooms.
- Coach and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
Your Background
- Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in people management in sales or customer-facing roles in Med Tech.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to lead teams, drive change, and thrive in cross-functional and matrix environments.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Swedish.
