As National Surgical Sales Manager Sweden, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and customers.

The Job Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain market shares in Sweden.
  2. Develop and execute strategies to increase the use of our surgical products among ophthalmologists, nurses, hospital buyers, and heads of Operating Rooms.
  3. Coach and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.

Your Background

  1. Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in people management in sales or customer-facing roles in Med Tech.
  3. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills.
  4. Ability to lead teams, drive change, and thrive in cross-functional and matrix environments.
  5. Fluency in English and proficiency in Swedish.
