Ditt Mission
Som Commercial Leader blir du den första personen på plats för att bygga upp och leda vår svenska försäljningsverksamhet i Stockholm. Detta är en hands-on roll där du ansvarar för att bygga upp och underhålla en stark försäljningspipeline, säkerställa korrekt prognostisering och slutföra affärer i tid. Du har förmågan att arbeta med försäljning både strategiskt och operativt, och du behärskar en konsultativ försäljningsprocess.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
- Utveckla och implementera din försäljningsstrategi
- Driva försäljning och kontinuerligt nå och överträffa intäktsmål
- Rekrytera, utveckla och leda ett förstklassigt säljteam när dina försäljningsmål är uppnådda
- Delta i budgetarbete och sätta mål för organisationen
- Följa upp KPI:er och utveckla handlingsplaner för att förbättra resultaten
- Driva investeringsprocessen från prospektering till investering
- Representera CVX vid evenemang, konferenser och sammankomster
- Samarbeta nära med andra i organisationen
- Rapportera direkt till CEO.
Vad vi förväntar oss av dig
- Minst 5 års erfarenhet inom affärsutveckling och/ eller försäljning i snabbväxande startups
- Naturlig förmåga att sälja och framgångar med att nå och överträffa intäktsmål
- Hög arbetsmoral och "sense of urgency"
- Exceptionell drivkraft och vilja vara bäst på det du gör
- Proaktivitet och förmåga att ta ägandeskap för allt du gör
- Stark förmåga att skapa samarbete och tillit mellan människor, samt vinna förtroende hos affärsledare
- Starkt intresse för riskkapital och startups
- Starka kommunikationsförmågor på lednings- och styrelsenivå
- Utmärkta analytiska och problemlösande färdigheter
- Ödmjukhet och med en passion för att bygga och utveckla nya verksamheter
- Flytande svenska och engelska
- Stort plus om du har ett nätverk inom det svenska startup-ekosystemet.
