Sales Leader Nordics

The Commercial Manager - Nordic Region will be responsible for driving business growth across the Nordic region by developing Elekta's installed base and increasing turnover within your geographical area.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute commercial action plans to drive sales and after-sales service solutions.
- Identify and qualify customer needs across Elekta's full product suite.
- Manage public tenders from initial engagement to contract signing.
- Bachelor's degree in a clinical or business-related field, OR equivalent experience in the medical device industry.
- Knowledge in Radiotherapy, Radiosurgery, or Radiation Oncology workflows is preferred.
- Proven track record in capital medical equipment sales and negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels, from technologists to C-level executives.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a geographically dispersed team.
- Fluency in English and additional Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) is required.
