About the Role

This role will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results in the Nordics region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and expansion in the Nordics market.
  • Lead a team of experienced sales professionals to achieve assigned targets and objectives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customer executives, partners, and internal teams.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure team members achieve their full potential.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the Nordics market.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional sales results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk products and services, with a strong understanding of their applications in driving business outcomes.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized institution.
