Job Description:

The Sales Director will manage a team of 4-5 Enterprise Account Executives, responsible for selling into new targeted Enterprise accounts in the Nordic region. The individual will collaborate with internal stakeholders, demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities, and drive direct SaaS sales organization success in the Nordics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within the assigned territory with great control and forecast accuracy.
  2. Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets through landing new logos and expanding our customer base in the assigned segment/industry.
  3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer and partner relationships for executive alignment and proactive account management.
  4. Support the team to partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives to drive incremental revenue growth.
  5. Effectively communicate the Celonis industry-specific value proposition through proposals and presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven experience working with Partners, i.e., Consulting firms and Enterprise Tech
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English, and any one of the Nordic languages
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, ever-changing, high-growth environment
  • Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, and possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy working autonomously, managing your own time and priorities to achieve objectives
  • Ability to leverage internal resources and work as a team
