Senior Enterprise Sales Manager

TN Sweden is a leader in Intelligent Automation software, helping organizations transform information-intensive business processes and improve customer engagement. We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing sales plans focused on achieving revenue goals consistently on a quarterly and annual basis through a proven solution-selling methodology. They will work closely with our Lead Generation Team, Inside Sales Team, and Sales Engineer resources to create and manage a strong pipeline of new business in both existing customers and prospects.
- Identify, qualify, orchestrate, and close new business within the assigned target accounts leveraging the compelling return on investment that our solutions provide.
- Effectively manage multiple concurrent sales cycles and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understand and articulate the value of our solutions to VP and C-level audiences, aligning with their strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience selling enterprise software & service solutions, including Cloud and SaaS solutions, to high-level executives within Global 2000 accounts across all verticals. They will possess a proven track record of multi-year success consistently exceeding individual quarterly and annual quotas in each prior Enterprise Sales role.
