We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to drive strategic net new sales and expand our market reach.

About the role

As an Enterprise Account Manager at Xensam Ltd., you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

You will identify and pursue strategic new sales opportunities within mid-market clients, conduct tool demonstrations, and deliver proof of concepts to close net new business.

In addition, you will collaborate with our partners to leverage their expertise and expand our market presence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Prospecting: Identify potential new clients in the market and build relationships to understand their SAM needs.
  • Solution Demonstrations: Conduct detailed demonstrations of Xensam's technology and services.
  • Partner Collaboration: Identify joint opportunities and deliver comprehensive solutions with partners.
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively assess client needs and maintain satisfaction.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in enterprise account management, including net new technology sales.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and account management software.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German.
  • Knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM) is a requirement.
