At Resurs Bank in Stockholm, we're seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key player in driving business growth and partnerships, you will be responsible for managing our most critical customer relationships across the Nordic region.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in B2B sales at the enterprise level, with a focus on complex sales settings and senior decision-makers. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver value-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers and partners
  • Identifying new opportunities to expand partnerships and increase revenue from existing accounts
  • Leading quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and monthly check-ins with customers

You will be fluent in both Swedish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Your background and experience demonstrate a proven ability to develop and manage strategic relationships, working effectively with multiple stakeholders.
