We're on the hunt for an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager. The Job DescriptionYour key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to acquire new business and expand existing relationships with Enterprise clients
- Providing exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth
- Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, providing timely and effective solutions
- Gathering insights into clients' business objectives and cybersecurity needs to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling TRUESEC AB's products and services
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs
- Tracking and analyzing account performance, client satisfaction, and market trends to inform business decisions
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a similar client-facing role, preferably within the cybersecurity sector
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Results-driven approach, with experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Fluency in Swedish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
