The Job Description

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to acquire new business and expand existing relationships with Enterprise clients
  • Providing exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Gathering insights into clients' business objectives and cybersecurity needs to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling TRUESEC AB's products and services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs
  • Tracking and analyzing account performance, client satisfaction, and market trends to inform business decisions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a similar client-facing role, preferably within the cybersecurity sector
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Results-driven approach, with experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
