Enterprise Software Sales Lead

TN Sweden is a leading provider of enterprise software solutions, driving innovation and growth in the Nordics region. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Executive to join our sales team and contribute to our ambitious growth plans.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a matrix-rich organization, building relationships and finding support to achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for preparing and executing go-to-market strategies, developing account plans, and owning the sales process from start to finish.
Key Qualifications:
- Relevant industry experience in enterprise software sales
- Strong sales execution skills and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a matrixed team
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
