Job Title: Enterprise Informatics Sales Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to lead our Enterprise Informatics sales efforts in the Nordics, Benelux, and CEE regions. As a seasoned sales leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across multiple zones.

As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be instrumental in developing and executing regional sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives. Your expertise in managing sales teams, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities will be crucial in achieving success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of front-line sellers to foster strong customer relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales execution and customer engagement.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure team members meet or exceed targets.


Ideal Candidate:

To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing high-performing sales teams, and building strong customer relationships. A bachelor's degree and 10 years of sales experience are required. An MBA is a plus. You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
