Job Description

This role involves driving sales growth in multiple zones by identifying new business opportunities and leading a team of front-line sellers to foster strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and executing account plans, managing software sales funnels, and delivering commercial targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Account Managers, Sales Executives, and Sales Specialists to create value for customers and deliver on growth targets. They will also monitor individual performance against targets, provide constructive feedback, and drive regional sales strategy by understanding and executing Business Unit plans.

Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with Health Systems key stakeholders to support regional Enterprise Informatics sales strategy and initiatives, enable meaningful customer partnerships, and ensure proper Go-to-Market focus for each respective Business Unit.
