Sinch, a leading Customer Communication Cloud company, is seeking an experienced Account Director Enterprise to lead our Nordics region.
This strategic role involves managing the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including key account management, revenue growth, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver profitable growth through effective account management and sales strategies.
- Lead a high-performing account management team, providing guidance and support for sales teams across the region.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in alignment with global motions to win and retain business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring Sinch becomes their trusted advisor.
- Manage business operations within allocated budgets, prioritizing OPEX and ROI optimization.
- Represent Sinch at industry events, promoting thought leadership and driving business growth.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven commercial leadership experience in the communications industry or PaaS.
- A strong network of regional market connections.
- Effective leadership skills, with experience managing multicultural sales teams across diverse geographic areas.
- Excellent client relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivation and autonomy in driving results-oriented initiatives.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in Adobe Campaign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem preferred.
