Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Enterprise Computing Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for selling and promoting Altair's High-Performance Computing products and support services in the Nordic region.

You will own a set of existing accounts as well as actively seek new business in prospective accounts. The Altair Enterprise Computing products are leading software solutions in High-Performance Computing (HPC). You will work closely with all departments to ensure an excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in selling IT/HPC/Cloud/EDA/Semiconductor/CAE software solutions with proven success in developing a strong pipeline. They should also have 3+ years of experience working in the HPC industry in the Nordic region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Scout for new business opportunities in existing and prospective accounts.
  2. Define a sales strategy that builds a sales pipeline, both long and short term, to ensure achievement of set revenue targets and business objectives.
  3. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing business.
  4. Negotiate and close long-term agreements with enterprise accounts.
