Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive in Sweden to join our dynamic 3M Automotive Aftermarket Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored 3M solutions. The product groups you will work with are the whole 3M product portfolio towards the collision repair industry.
The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Sales Executive for 3M Automotive Aftermarket Division (collision repair) in middle and south part of Sweden, you will be working with one of the strongest abrasive brands in the world, taking responsibility for ensuring sales growth of our product portfolio especially within our revolutionary and innovative brands.
Here, you will make an impact by:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Build application, process, product, and industry knowledge while building customer intimacy especially with the key end-user accounts on territory.
- Build relationships with key distributor sales and technical teams.
- Provide end-user training, product demonstrations, and technical support.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the collision repair market either through education or work experience.
- Pro-active, results-focused self-starter with a passion for sales and exceeding targets.
- Organized with the ability to work with others as well as alone to meet deadlines.
- Continuous personal development to learn new skills relative to the industry, collision repair processes, and product applications.
- Strong communication, questioning, and listening skills.
- (Basic) English language skills – verbal and written.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and CRM software.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Proven sales experience is preferred but not essential.
- Good standard of education.
- Hands-on skills.
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
Sales territory - Located preferably in the South of the Country to include Skåne län, Blekinge län, Hällands län, Kalmar län, Jönköping län, Kronobergs län, Västra Götalands län & Västmanlands län,
Travel - The role is field-based and will spend the majority of the time visiting customers (may include up to 4-5 overnight stays per month).
Remuneration details - SEK - high-reaching dependent on skills and experience plus excellent benefits package to include company car.
