Job Title: Builder Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Builder Sales Manager to join our team at Cosentino Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with regional builders and house builders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Cosentino's strategy to increase sales of stone surfacing products within a given territory into the new home construction market.
  • Establish and grow relationships with targeted and assigned builder accounts through cold calling, scheduling appointments, and meeting with potential and existing builders.
  • Capture and communicate competitive products, their activities, and penetration within each account.
  • Secure contracts for both standard specifications and upgrades.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of sales experience in the builder industry or a similar role.
  • 2+ years of proven capacity to interact with multiple levels within all faces with commercial industry projects.
  • Experience with regional developers and house builders.
