Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Sales Professional to join our team as a Residential Sales Manager for stone products. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales within the new home construction market. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and establishing relationships with targeted builder accounts through cold calling, scheduling appointments, and meetings with potential and existing builders.
  • Capturing and communicating competitive products and their activities within each account.
  • Selling standard specifications and upgrades to builders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 4+ years of sales experience in the builder industry or a similar role.
  • 2+ years of proven capacity to interact with multiple levels within commercial industry projects.
  • Experience working with regional developers and house builders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer skills, including Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This salary estimate is based on industry standards and market conditions.
