Your Role

Zumtobel Group is hiring a Sales Professional in Göteborg to expand our Outdoor Lighting presence in the region. You will be responsible for calling on Municipalities, National Road Authorities, Energy Companies, and M&E Consultants to identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to drive profitable growth in the Outdoor Lighting sector.
  • Create and implement professional account plans for key customers in line with guidance from Sales Manager.
  • Select and manage key projects to achieve high levels of profitable project conversions.
  • Work with Sales Manager to build and maintain a mix of key account types, including Municipalities, National Road Authorities, Energy Companies, and M&E Consultants.
  • Establish personal contacts in key accounts and projects to facilitate sales and business development.
  • Manage personal sales budget and deliver sales, margin, mix, and conversion results in line with agreed objectives.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with:

  • Knowledge of the lighting, LED, and/or smart building sector.
  • Relevant experience in an outdoor lighting focused sales role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A natural ability to build relationships and work closely with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.
