About the Role

The Head of Construction will be responsible for the construction of our new production plant in Sweden. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale industrial construction projects and will have experience in working with other stakeholders within and outside the project.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a construction strategy that meets the needs of the business.
  2. Lead a team of construction professionals to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure that the construction project is aligned with the overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in a construction-related field.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale industrial construction projects.
  • Experience in working with other stakeholders within and outside the project.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement a construction strategy that meets the needs of the business.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
