Regional Sales Manager Dramix Overground Denmark and Norway

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit expansion in Denmark and Norway within the overground construction sector, specializing in floors, rafts, housing, and pavements.
Your Key Responsibilities- Grow business by managing prospects and leads for construction projects, prioritizing based on size and sales potential.
- Lead the sales process from needs analysis to deal closure, including price setting and negotiation.
- Develop comprehensive market insights, understanding customers, products, applications, and competitors to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams for effective lead and customer management.
- Support industry improvement initiatives and contribute to new product development.
- Deliver presentations and maintain CRM records accurately.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong understanding of technical principles and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key skills and competencies include:
- Technical sales experience with a solid understanding of technical principles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with budget management experience.
- Fluent in Danish and English.
- Will to travel.
