Your Role and Responsibilities

As the Sales Director, you will be accountable for:
  • Representing LOGEX within the Nordic region.
  • Leading a team to achieve and surpass subscription sales targets, while maintaining high standards in sales processes and team discipline.
  • Collaborating effectively with supporting departments to ensure consistent performance and accurate forecasting to meet regional and company objectives.
  • Developing strategic plans for market growth by understanding client needs and employing consultative, value-driven sales techniques.
  • Building and nurturing senior-level relationships with key stakeholders across major clients.
  • Providing leadership through coaching, mentoring, and training, while collaborating with other business functions such as marketing, services, and product development.

Your Team

You will be part of a dynamic revenue team consisting of approximately 30 professionals across our European offices, dedicated to selling Healthcare Analytics software solutions and managing existing client accounts in the healthcare sector.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Over 8 years of relevant experience in SaaS sales.
  • A robust network within the healthcare sector, including experience engaging with C-level executives.
  • Background in healthcare and/or public sector sales.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales results and a structured approach to work.
  • A proactive 'can-do' attitude.
  • A strong motivation to impact business outcomes.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • A willingness to travel throughout the region.
