About the Role


As the ideal candidate, you'll have a deep understanding of technical principles and a proven track record in managing prospects and leads for construction projects. Your expertise will help drive sales and profit expansion by developing comprehensive market insights, understanding customers, products, applications, and competitors.


Your Key Responsibilities



  • Manage prospects and leads for construction projects, prioritizing based on size and sales potential.
  • Lead the sales process from needs analysis to deal closure, including price setting and negotiation.
  • Develop market insights, understanding customers, products, applications, and competitors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for effective lead and customer management.
  • Support industry improvement initiatives and contribute to new product development.
  • Deliver presentations and maintain CRM records accurately.

Essential Skills & Competencies



  • You are a technical sales representative with a solid understanding of technical principles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with budget management experience.
  • Fluent in Danish and English.
  • Will to travel.
