Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the healthcare or SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of sales success and team leadership
  • Strong network of contacts in the healthcare industry, including C-level stakeholders
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, with additional European languages an asset
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the region
