Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the healthcare or SaaS industry
- Proven track record of sales success and team leadership
- Strong network of contacts in the healthcare industry, including C-level stakeholders
- Fluency in Swedish and English, with additional European languages an asset
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the region
