Role Overview


Sales Directors at LOGEX drive revenue growth by leading a team to meet and exceed subscription sales quotas. This position focuses on the Scandinavian market, particularly Norway, Sweden, and Denmark.



Key Responsibilities

  • Represent LOGEX in the region, establishing senior relationships with key clients.
  • Lead a team to achieve sales targets, focusing on Healthcare Analytics software solutions.
  • Partner with supporting functions to drive business performance, forecasting accurately to meet company goals.
  • Develop plans for growth through consultative and value-based sales strategies.


Your Profile

To succeed as a Sales Director at LOGEX, you'll bring:



  • 8+ years of relevant SaaS sales experience, including healthcare and public sector sales.
  • A strong network in the healthcare industry, with C-level stakeholder connections.
  • A proven track record of sales results and a structured approach to work.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English (other European languages are an advantage).
  • The ability to travel throughout the region and be based in Sweden, preferably Gothenburg area.
