About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive sales initiatives across the Nordic region. The successful candidate will develop strategic sales plans, build and maintain client relationships, and lead a team to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company Order Intake goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics as a part of the FlexLink Nordic management team.
  • Be responsible for selected customers and directly drive all related commercial activities.
Requirements
  • Experience working in the automation / industrial machinery/ intralogistics industry (or similar)
  • Proven track record of success in Sales Management.
  • Solid experience in Value-Based Sales.
  • Strong understanding of the Nordic market and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Proficient in CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel within the Nordic region.
  • Degree in Engineering
