About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive sales initiatives across the Nordic region. The successful candidate will develop strategic sales plans, build and maintain client relationships, and lead a team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company Order Intake goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics as a part of the FlexLink Nordic management team.
- Be responsible for selected customers and directly drive all related commercial activities.
- Experience working in the automation / industrial machinery/ intralogistics industry (or similar)
- Proven track record of success in Sales Management.
- Solid experience in Value-Based Sales.
- Strong understanding of the Nordic market and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Proficient in CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the Nordic region.
- Degree in Engineering
