Scalar is ZF's pioneering orchestration platform, streamlining operations using real-time data and predictive analysis. Our SaaS solutions enhance fleet efficiency, contribute to safer roads, and encourage remote-first work practices.
We are looking for a results-driven sales representative to acquire new business for our software-based Scalar Fleet Management Solutions in Sweden.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
- Conduct effective in-depth discovery meetings to identify and quantify opportunities.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demos of our solution, emphasizing benefits and added value.
- Proactively manage the pipeline to ensure target achievement.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Strong customer relationships to identify up- and cross-selling opportunities.
- Share field insights for product improvement and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Possible 4-5 years of work experience in selling solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, another Nordic language would be an asset.
