Sales and Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team in Sweden and Finland. As a key member of our DuPont Personal Protection team, you will be responsible for promoting our protective apparel, thermal, and mechanical industrial solutions to key end-user customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with our full value chain, including garment manufacturers, distributors, and key end-user customers.
- Develop new product applications in cooperation with end-users and different actors of our value chain.
- Develop plans to support growth of new products or applications in selected industry segments.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and technical teams to drive business results.
- Provide continuous market and competitive feedback to the organization.
- Promote our full DPP solutions at end-users, including chemical protection and controlled environment.
- Participate in defining strategic roadmaps for the Nordic market.
- Represent DuPont at industry events and fairs to promote existing portfolio and identify new market trends and development opportunities.
- Organize and lead sales and application seminars at selected customers and end-users.
Requirements:
- Strong commercial and/or technical background in personal protective equipment.
- Several years of experience in chemical protective equipment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and listen carefully.
- Self-driven and organized, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% in Sweden and Finland.
- Language: Swedish and English required, Finnish advantageous.
