About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated Sales Development Representative with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to join our team at Brightvision. As a German/English-speaking individual, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities for various clients in the tech industry.
As a key member of our international team, you will work closely with our consultants to deliver top-notch services to clients daily. Your experience in working with different systems and developing GTM strategies based on different ICPs and German-speaking markets will be invaluable to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities for various clients in the tech industry.
- Develop GTM strategies based on different ICPs and German-speaking markets.
- Work closely with our consultants to deliver top-notch services to clients daily.
- Utilize your experience in working with different systems to prospect effectively.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales/Business Development Representative (SDR/BDR) role.
- Ability to develop GTM strategies based on different ICPs and German-speaking markets.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in performance-driven roles and comfortable with a compensation structure tied to meeting targets and performance-based kickbacks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
