Sales Representative

3M offers a unique opportunity for a Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Sweden. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Build application, process, product, and industry knowledge while building customer intimacy, especially with key end-user accounts on territory.
- Build relationships with key distributor sales and technical teams.
- Provide end-user training, product demonstrations, and technical support.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the collision repair market.
- Pro-active, results-focused self-starter with a passion for sales and exceeding targets.
- Organized with the ability to work with others as well as alone to meet deadlines.
- Continuous personal development to learn new skills relative to the industry, collision repair processes, and product applications.
- Strong communication, questioning, and listening skills.
- Basic English language skills – verbal and written.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and CRM software.
Additional Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience is preferred but not essential.
- Good standard of education.
- Hands-on skills.
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
