Sales Representative Job Description

3M offers a unique opportunity for a Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Sweden. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Build application, process, product, and industry knowledge while building customer intimacy, especially with key end-user accounts on territory.
  • Build relationships with key distributor sales and technical teams.
  • Provide end-user training, product demonstrations, and technical support.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the collision repair market.
  • Pro-active, results-focused self-starter with a passion for sales and exceeding targets.
  • Organized with the ability to work with others as well as alone to meet deadlines.
  • Continuous personal development to learn new skills relative to the industry, collision repair processes, and product applications.
  • Strong communication, questioning, and listening skills.
  • Basic English language skills – verbal and written.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and CRM software.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Good standard of education.
  • Hands-on skills.
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
