About the Role

Brightvision is a leading B2B growth agency seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our international team. As a seasoned B2B telemarketer, you will be responsible for driving growth through cold outreaches and developing strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Utilize various outreach systems, including email, phone, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn, to effectively engage with clients
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales development, with a proven track record of success
  • Fluent in Swedish, written and spoken, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop rapport, influence others, and maintain strong working relationships
  • Self-starter with solid organizational, planning skills, and analytical skills
  • Must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
