Sales and Business Development Expert

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to cover Sweden and Finland, promoting DuPont Personal Protection products.
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial and technical background in personal protective equipment, with experience in chemical protective products.
Key Responsibilities- Building relationships with garment manufacturers, distributors, and key end-user customers.
- Developing new product applications in collaboration with end-users and the value chain.
- Creating plans to support the growth of new products or applications in selected industry segments.
- Collaborating with marketing, product management, and technical teams.
- Providing continuous market and competitive feedback to the organization.
- Promoting DuPont's full DPP solutions to end-users, including chemical protection and controlled environments.
- Participating in defining the strategic roadmap for the Nordic market.
- Attending fairs to promote existing portfolio and identify new market trends and development opportunities.
- Organizing and leading sales and application seminars at selected customers and end-users.
- Working independently, coordinating with the Nordic DPP team, and receiving strategic guidance from the direct supervisor.
- Strong commercial and/or technical background in personal protective equipment.
- Several years of experience in chemical protective products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate, influence, and listen carefully.
- Self-driven and organized, with team player capabilities in an international team.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% in Sweden and Finland.
- Language proficiency in Swedish and English, with Finnish being advantageous.
