About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at Brightvision, a leading B2B growth agency. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through cold outreaches and developing strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for our clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders through effective communication and rapport-building skills.
- Utilize various outreach systems, including email, phone, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn, to engage with potential clients and prospects.
- Work collaboratively with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in cold-calling and follow-up.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop rapport and influence others.
- Fluent in Swedish, written and spoken, with a strong understanding of the Swedish market and culture.
- Proficient in using various sales tools and technologies, including CRM software and sales analytics platforms.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and adaptability.
